Project Details of Cultural Show at Saudi National Day

This will be very impactful for my professional life, as I would have an idea and a practical experience of leading people. This practical work will be a lifetime achievement for me. It would give me an insight of managing people, managing situations, it would me know, how to react to a certain situation and encounter different problems. This is necessary for my project, as well as my grooming, as a leader.

 I will provide the audience with Saudi food, present tableaus on Saudi customs and traditions, and I will highlight the importance of Saudi Arabia to the world and specifically to the Muslim Community. Dates of Saudi Arabia will be the key deliverable for that day. The audience will include the faculty of my department and students too, they will be given Saudi specialties and primarily Saudi food. Not only this, by the end of the culture show, they will gain an insight of the Saudi culture and environment, which will stay with them for a lifetime.

As far as my knowledge, no one from the engineering department is arranging a culture show; at least no one is arranging the Saudi Culture show, so my project will be different and innovative. Moreover, Saudi culture is very different from other cultures; this already makes it stand out from the crowd. Also, as far as the plan, I have decided to organize the culture show on September 23, 2018, as it is the original date for Saudi National Day.

In order to complete my project on the occasion of Saudi National Day, I started working on my project, after the research, from September 15, 2018. After making all the arrangements, organizing everything, I successfully conducted Saudi Cultural Day on 21st September.

Completion of Project:

As the event is not as much of a major event for now, it can be completed in 1-2 semesters very easily.
